Having lived in London for the past 20 years, Nhung Adams has always worked in Vietnamese restaurants, giving her the chance to use the cooking techniques she learnt growing up in Ho Chi Minh City.
Although she has enjoyed working at various restaurants in London and cooking traditional Vietnamese food for her husband and two children at home. Nhung has always dreamed of operating her own business where she can show her passion for genuine, original and classic Vietnamese food.
There are variations of the cuisine depending on whether its North or South its very rare in London to find authentic Southern Vietnamese cuisine like Nhung cooks.
She believes that Vietnamese food is about simplicity and letting the natural ingredients dictate the flavours and she is eager to show these cooking styles to the diners at Viet Saigon.
