My Story

Chef Joe originates from Phayao, the North of Thailand. Taking inspiration and techniques from his upbringing and experiences, Chef Joe cooks authentic Thai food with a twist that everyone from a Londoner to a local Thai diner will enjoy.

He has worked in several Thai restaurants in London, including Busaba and Hilton Hotel. Joe has also worked in Zuma in Bangkok, as well as his recent adventure back in the UK at a Thai restaurant and food market in Southend-on-Sea called SoPa Thai.

Chef Joe also owns his own rice brand, in which he grows organic rice in Thailand and imports to the UK. The rice made of hom nin rice, jasmine rice and red jasmine rice combined, which you can order from the menu yourself.
